The Nooq is an aparthotel for anyone who needs to stay away from home for a while, whether it’s one night, a week or several months. Every guest gets their own apartment with a kitchen or kitchenette and a private bathroom, in a building with staff on site and shared spaces.

A hotel room works for a few nights. With us, your employees can cook their own meals, keep their routines and actually live, even for several months. At the same time, you get what makes a hotel easy: staff in the building, cleaning and a dedicated contact person for your company. The longer the stay, the lower the price per night.

No contracts to chase, no keys to collect from a private landlord and nobody to track down when something goes wrong. You book with us just like a hotel, and you get an invoice.

No, you can book individual stays without an agreement. If you book regularly, a corporate agreement is worth it: you get fixed prices for 12 months, a dedicated contact person and consolidated invoicing.

Company name and registration number, address and billing address, invoice reference or PO number, a contact person for bookings, preferred start date, who is allowed to book (names or email domain) and who will sign the agreement.

Anything from one night to several months. For stays longer than six months, get in touch well in advance so we can keep the same apartment for the whole period.

Yes. A group can stay together in the same building or be spread across our locations in Stockholm and Skåne. You’ll have one contact person for the whole group, and we can offer a group rate for larger groups.

Yes. You book and pay, and the guest checks in under their own name. Just let us know who will be staying so we can register them.

Yes, subject to availability. Get in touch as early as possible, especially ahead of spring and summer when demand is higher.

The price depends on the location, apartment type and length of stay. There are three price levels: 1–6 nights, 7–29 nights and 30 nights or more. The whole stay is priced according to its total number of nights, so a 10-night stay gets the 7–29 night rate for every night.

For companies, we quote prices excluding VAT. VAT on accommodation is 12%.

Prices in a corporate agreement are fixed and set annually, with adjustments every January.

• 1–29 nights: invoiced at booking with 15-day payment terms, but no later than the day of arrival.

• 30 nights or more: monthly invoice with 30-day payment terms.

Yes. With a corporate agreement, you can receive one consolidated invoice per period for all your bookings.

Yes. Just give us your e-invoicing address when you sign the agreement.

Yes. Name changes are always free of charge. Date changes are subject to availability.

Yes. Let us know as soon as you can. How it affects the price depends on the length of the stay and your agreement.

Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 11 am. Late check-out until 1 pm can be booked, subject to availability.

A kitchen or kitchenette, private bathroom, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi. Every building has a laundry room.

Final cleaning is always included. For stays longer than 7 nights, a light weekly clean is also included. Extra cleaning can be booked as an add-on.

Breakfast is included for stays of up to 6 nights. For longer stays, it can be booked as an add-on.

Yes. All apartments have Wi-Fi, and the buildings have shared spaces where you can sit down and work.

Yes! Parking can be booked at all our locations.

Yes, there are staff in the building who welcome guests and help out during their stay. Our locations in Alvik, Malmö and Lund are staffed 24/7.

• Bromma: a peaceful manor house with its own history

Being away for work shouldn’t mean sitting alone in your room every evening. Our buildings have shared spaces and activities, so anyone who wants to can meet other guests. And if you’d rather have some peace and quiet, you have your own apartment.
